Pierre Collette founded Konsul in 1983 with the mission of simple goal of helping people immigrate to Canada. During his more than 30 years of practice, he traveled across the world globe times, meeting and assisting thousands of individuals and companies with their Canadian immigration projects.
Pierre specializes in corporate immigration and international business and is familiar with all aspects of immigration law. His clients include technology companies, startups, and major fishing corporations. Pierre regularly acts as a representative in temporary and permanent residence applications, and is an expert in matters of corporate immigration law including international employment, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs) and related exemptions, and corporate audits.
Pierre holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from McGill University and is a member in good standing of the Bar of Quebec.
CHRISTOPHER COLLETTE, LAWYER
Christopher Collette has over 10 years of experience in Canadian immigration law. He previously worked for some of the largest and most prestigious immigration firms in Canada, gaining experience in complex immigration applications and litigation. He regularly acts as a representative in temporary and permanent residence applications, litigation in the Federal Court of Canada, tribunal hearings (Immigration Division, Immigration Appeal Division, and Refugee Appeal Division), removal proceedings, and other types of administrative reviews involving Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
Christopher is an experienced legal professional whose immigration practice specializes in areas of employment, family sponsorship, and inadmissibility due to health, criminality, or other concerns. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Université de Montréal, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A., International Development Studies) from McGill University, and is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario.
